Estimator responsibilities include but not limited to:
Analysis of plans, preparation of subcontractor bid packages
Scheduling
Analysis of Subcontractor Bids
Preparation of Formal proposals
Preparation of Pre-Bid RFI’s
Maintenance of Bidder Lists
Solicitation of New Bid Opportunities
Business Development
Preparation of custom and standardized RFQ packages
Must have extensive experience with Excel, OST, CAD and Microsoft Word
Oral and Written communication skills a must.
