General Counsel (12+ yrs PQE) Hong Kong
You will be responsible for managing a small regional legal team and be responsible for providing support and advice to the business, including on acquisitions, development projects, finance or corporate transactions and general corporate governance. The ideal candidate must be Hong Kong qualified, with a minimum 12 years of relevant experience gained in leading law firms and in house roles in industries which focus on energy and infrastructure development. Fluency in Mandarin and experience in Asia are essential, together with the highest ethical standards. REF:11591/EFC
