This will be a key 'advisory' role where the successful candidate will be able to help shape and implement the strategic direction of the firm’s ambitious (and global) expansion plans.
Ideally, they are looking for a seasoned securities law expert who commands immediate respect for both their past experience and their knowledge of the SEC in particular. This is a very senior and important hire for our client and they are keen to meet with industry experts.
- Expert in securities law with significant experience of the SEC.
- Excellent experience of either sell side or buy side.
- Have detailed knowledge of the global legal and regulatory regimes.
- Practical and outcomes focused.
- Excellent communications skills, with proven skills in dealing with senior Board members and other non-legal staff.
- Exceptional intellect.
This is a key role and you will become core to all our client's commercial activities. Total compensation will be exceptional for the right candidate.
