General Ledger Accountant, Contract, 45-50k recruitment
The company
In conjunction with my client , who is a leading shared services company, we are currently seeking a general ledger accountant.
This is a 9 month contract role.
The role:
- General Ledger reporting to Corporate Head Office on a monthly basis.
- Quarterly and annual returns.
- Local statutory reporting requirements
- Consolidations for Multiple European Entities
- Preparation of support and work schedules for consolidation
- Collation and review of all information to support consolidation process
- Liaison with key stakeholders globally to ensure on time delivery of information to support consolidation.
- Analytical review variance analysis
Requirements:
- University Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Qualified accountant , ACA. ACC, CIMA or CPA.
- Experience in a finance function and working as a team player.
- 1-2 years PQE, in a finance function or a 'BIG4' environment.
- US GAAP , IFRS and Sarbanes Oxley Experience
- High levels of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
This is a contract role, with a strong remuneration package.
