General Maintenance and Repair Job in Huron, California US

Immediate need for an experienced Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician with a residential complex in the Huron/Coalinga area. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Maintenance Tech. Position will consist of handling light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, painting, light plumbing, general handy work and keeping grounds clean and maintained. Must be able to start as soon as tomorrow. Must pass background and drug screen. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
