As a rare senior leadership role within the local ACT recruitment market, this role requires a passionate General Manager who will role model Hudson's values, ensuring high quality service delivery and enhancing brand reputation. You will represent the Hudson business in local public relations, cultural development and inspiring recruitment strategies to satisfy Hudson's objectives and budget projections.

You will be a General, State or Divisional Manager ideally with strong Federal Government and/or Private Sector networks, looking to take the next step in your career. You will demonstrate extensive knowledge in recruitment and the ability to lead a sales based organisation. Your integrity and passion for working with people and driving performance will be paramount, and you will thoroughly enjoy an environment where participation, engagement and a sense of continual achievement is key.
