Salary: £40,000 plus bonus

The Client

My client currently operates high quality contract catering units across the UK. This is a great opportunity for a strong General Manager or Head of Food and beverage to join a National Contract Caterer, managing the catering operation in Angus Scotland
The Role
The role for the right General Manager will involve managing Responsible for 4 Departmental Heads and Circa 100 employees providing Catering, Cleaning, Retail Services, Laundry and Grounds Maintenance
There are also extensive opportunities for growth within the venues private banqueting facilities - which the right individual will be, adapt at developing. Overall responsibility profit and loss accounts and budget management

The Person

Previous experience at General Management level, a background in armed forces or similar contract catering units as this person will need to be totally at ease talking to High Ranking Officers, yet able to communicate with all ranks with confidence, professionally and respectfully.
Possesses a proven knowledge of military practices, procedures and protocol. Experienced organiser, co-coordinator and planner

Ability to monitor and control many different situations simultaneously.

Starting salary for General Managers £40,000 plus bonus
