General Manager
Ramsay Health Care UK is currently inviting applications for the position of General Manager for its Ashtead and North Downs Hospitals. Reporting to the Regional Director, the successful applicant will be an experienced manager, able to demonstrate a successful commercial track record as well as strong interpersonal and managerial skills. They will hold full PL responsibility for the business and utilise their wide ranging management skills to drive the success of the hospitals in keeping with the values of the organisation.
It is expected that the successful applicant will possess the following: -
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position such as finance, business or health management
- Strong change management experience and a proven ability to drive operational efficiencies
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and develop senior teams
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and written communication skills
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and a sound understanding of internal controls and business principles
