Currently, Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 2 of Environmental Services at Desert Spring Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada - a 225 bed hospital with 40 + ES employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital Environmental / Custodial Services management; a strong hands on understanding of all ES operational processes (cleaning, floorcare, linen distribution, terminal cleaning procedures, medical waste knowledge etc); and a proven track record of stellar client, customer and employee satisfaction. Also, must have a proven Sodexo background with our UOS, TRAKKAR, HUR, FOSS, CARES and demonstrate an organized leadership style and drive for result approach to hold all employees and management team members accountable for results on a daily basis.
