General Manager
A General Manager with 5 years of management experience in a Manufacturing environment is needed in Central Alabama. You will have experience with production planning and forecasts, interface with customers, vendors, testing agencies, and normal administrative support activities in pursuit of streamlined production output and labor/profit objectives consistent with quality, timeliness, and our overall corporate goals. Direct hire position.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management of all production personnel
- Responsible for maintaining production forecasts, scheduling, oversee and coordination of all product shipping.
- Responsible for compliance with all OSHA and internal safety compliance programs and reporting procedures
Requirements
- A four year degree is required, preferably Engineering
- 5 years previous plant and/or operations management experience
- Experience with project managing and estimating projects
- Spanish speaking ability a plus
- This is a hands on position.
