With a trade background and technical understanding of maintenance strategies you will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding operational targets pertaining to business development, safety and quality of service. As a successful candidate you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving the business forward and further increasing the market position through specific and targeted business development strategies and activities. With relevant experience in a Senior Management capacity in an open cut environment you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the management team and operational workforce.
Relevant Trade Qualifications in a Fabrication or Welding trade as well experience in a senior management capacity in open cut environment are critical requirements of this role. Utilising your existing contacts throughout the mining industry coupled with your effective leadership, communication and relationship building skills will ensure success in the career defining role.
