Sodexo is seeking a General Manager of Food for a $2.5M campus dining account located in Aurora, IL (40 miles west of Chicago). Aurora University, a private 4-year liberal arts institution, has a population of 4,500 students with 650 resident boarders. The student body is comprised of undergraduate, graduate and commuter students. This account features one resident dining hall, two retail locations, child care and catering operations. Support staff includes three salaried managers and hourly staff.
