General Manager 3 - Food Job

Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented individual for General Manager 3 at Sierra College in Rocklin, California. Sierra College is an all retail operation with three units, Wolverine Cafe, Coffee Den (featuring We Proudly Serve Starbucks) and the Sierra College Food Trailer. The General Manager will serve as the leader of Food and Dining Services on Campus, directing staff and managers to increase the level of Catering, Resident Retail Dining on campus. Leadership, Computer Skills, Culinary knowledge, and Food/Beverage Cost controls are key skills that must be mastered to be successful as a GM with Sodexo. The ideal candidate will have College/University retail management experience or Sodexo or Food Service contract management experience in a high volume retail environment; experience training and leading a retail food staff; POS knowledge and prior cash handling experience; and a proven track record in driving sales and solid client relationships. There is RELOCATION for this position.
