Sodexo is seeking a dynamic, experienced Environmental Services General Manager for a Magnet HCA facility in beautiful Denver Colorado. Denver enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and Colorado is often voted one of the "Most Fit states with several outdoor sports and activities at your finger tips. This facility is 360 beds with 2 campuses comprising 500,000 square feet. This exciting position is responsible for 3 Operations Managers and 70 non-union employees. The ideal leader will have proven experience positively impacting HCAHPS scores as well as Employee Satisfaction scores. This organization features a very engaged, learning Senior team centered on improving the lives of the hourly staff as well as being a leader in key metrics within all HCA facilities.
