General Manager for National Hold Fund recruitment
Location: Beijing
Managing Director for a large national hold fund in Beijing.
Main Responsibilities:
• Fund raising for the group different investment BU, develop capital raising source from Bank, Financial Institute, Trust Insurance, Group Companies, Funds, etc.
• According yearly plan, manage the overall investment activities and finance operation; monitor and control the deal flow and currencies risk.
• Analyze and guide the investment strategy according to the capital market , involve in the whole deal process.
Requirements:
• Over 15 years experience in investment, capital market.
• Top university in the major of Finance and Economics related fields.
• Over 8 years of fund raising, project financing and cash management experience, from IB, Trust and Fund. Familiar with China Government Investment policy and good relationship in capital market.
• Very good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
• We will need references from former employers.
