They are currently looking for an individual with the experience and capabilities to manage their crush plant in South Africa.

Responsibilities forGeneral Manager for Grains, South Africa, Salary: Highly Competitive, (Grains, Oilseeds, Agricultural, Sales, Trader, Operations, South Africa) role:

·        Manage a team of traders who cover global oilseeds markets

·        Manage operations team on their day-to-day activities at the plant

·        Overlooking the sales of oilseeds to clients in the South Africa and other regions

·        Ensuring company’s production goals are met and plant operates in a 

       Profitable and safe fashion

Skills / Attributes required for General Manager for Grains, South Africa, Salary: Highly Competitive, (Grains, Oilseeds, Agricultural, Sales, Trader, Operations, South Africa) role:

·        Director to Managing Director level

.     Good managerial skills

·      Proven commercial experience in global oilseeds market

.   Physical sales experience

·      Network of contacts in the global oilseeds industry

·        Be willing to be based in South Africa
