Our Client is the world's leading international healthcare, medical assistance, and security services company. They help organizations manage the health and security risks facing their international travellers and expatriates.

The Role
As a senior member of the Global IT leadership team, direct the day to day operational aspects to ensure committed service levels related to the availability and quality of the organisation's IT systems, including local area and wide area networks (voice/data), operating platforms and all associated servers and hardware, are met.

In addition, lead a Service Desk designed to provide first level IT Support Services to the global organization within the agreed SLA framework.
Key performance indicators include, Committed Service Levels (including for Service Center) are met, demonstrated maturity and capability of IT Operations management team, and successful implementation of IT Service Delivery processes comparable to other class organizations and management of IT Operations PL and Capital budget within agreed budget.

Specific responsibilities include: Strategy Planning, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, People management and Financial Management of IT.

Your Profile
You need to get 12 to 15+ years experience in operational aspects of commercial IT infrastructure, with 3-5+ years in a management capacity of a team spread across Americas, EMEA, and AsiaPac.

A sound technical background with a high level of skills in Server and Desktop products.

Understanding of industry best practices and the ability to drive implementation of the best practices across operational IT activities.

Demonstrated IT operations experience in an environment with multiple server locations (globally distributed) and Wide Area Network.

A good knowledge of all aspects of networking and web-based technologies.
Proven experience in systems administration.
