An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive and driven individual to fulfil a key role in the management team of this international payroll company. Additional demand from within the Group and the buoyancy of our own marketplaces has led to a restructure of the organisation. This re structure which is designed to establish a platform for growth both short and medium term has created the new role of General Manager.

Our client provide a range of solutions across a variety of marketplaces. Working directly with individuals, assisting recruitment organisations to place contractors abroad and providing employment solutions to corporate clients their ethos is to always provide compliant solutions with excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for a go-ahead positive individual who is keen to make their own mark and gain the satisfaction of seeing rapid results from their activities.

The role will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the business, including finance, payroll operations including compliance and risk management as well as Sales and Marketing and HR, Administration and IT.

The ideal candidate will have a broad base of finance and general management experience and should have hands on experience of running or managing international payrolls and compliance.
