A little about the role:
Bobble Art is the market leader in its sector, supplying all major retailers and more than 1000 independent Stores.
The Company has exciting plans for expansion and is now seeking an innovative and imaginative General Manager to guide the company through this process.
Bobble Art is rapidly expanding and they are looking for an individual who can operate on a high level of autonomy to bring efficiency to the processes of the company and develop our retail exports.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Management – Autonomous Management of our small but expanding team on a daily basis
- Board meetings and reporting – attendance at meetings, reporting to the board monthly
- Marketing - developing an effective marketing proposal for the company, which you will be required to monitor, analyse and report to the board on outcomes
- Analysis and reporting – inventory, freight cost analysis and rolling cash flow forecasts
- Human Resources – Establishing effective procedures including performance reviews for staff
