General Manager

Position Summary:

Establish and maintain an environment to support Easy Sales and Service.  Primary qualifications are to teach and reinforce behaviors that results in managers and associates delivering Easy Sales and Service.  To also coordinate and manage all store operations as well as develop associates to achieve results. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach and communicate with all associates and managers as well as assess performance
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
  • Achieve store level earnings and sales goals
  • Supervise store security and safety
  • Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Basic:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year progressively responsible store management experience in a retail environment as a General or Store Manager
  •  

    Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous management experience in a retail or service industry
  • Analysis: gathers specific and relevant information to fully understand problems
  • Decision Making: uses the appropriate knowledge, information and expertise in making decisions
  • Planning: establishes clear, realistic timelines to accomplish objectives
