General Manager, MyWealth - Digital Channels

MyWealth is responsible for the digital business that was launched in 2012 to serve the growing self-directed investor population. These customers are digitally oriented and have decided to manage their own wealth. By Creating MyWealth, the Group established a new category of financial services in Australia and developed a global first offering for customers.

The team is responsible for leveraging Customer Centred Design research to inform the design of the digital experience across MyWealth, working with early adopters to finesse the current in market offering and achieving early stage business goals.

As the General Manager MyWealth, you will have had overall responsibility for developing and leading the MyWealth business for self-directed investing customers of the Commonwealth Bank Group (the Group), including the development of the MyWealth offering. In this role, you will be required to work closely with the broader Digital Channels team and various product functions across the Group to ensure the provision of a customer experience that grows customer adoption and satisfaction and incorporates relevant Group products.
