General Manager – Papua New Guinea recruitment
Based in PNG, but reporting into the Head of International in New Zealand, this position is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of all aspects of the company’s business. Papua New Guinea is seen as an area with large growth potential for TOWER, so a key focus will be on delivering initiatives to achieve sustainable growth for the operation. Leadership and management of the team is a key component to ensure success.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in developing and successfully delivering strategic and operational plans and strategic alliances with stakeholders
- General financial experience and ability
- Ability to motivate and inspire a high performance culture
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
