General Manager recruitment

Job description:

Reporting directly to the CEO of the company, your main tasks will be:

-PL responsible, taking complete responsibility of  all commercial aspects of the business  including price, commercial agreements, budgets, asset management and MA .

-Lead a team of four sales persons in the head office and always consider yourself as a primary sales team player.

-Deliver inspirational leadership of a business that drives EBIT improvement through optimizing product differentiation and margins.

-Lead sales performance through identifying new markets and developing new products, putting customer relationships at the heart of all activity.

-Supported by a management team of Quality, Operations Manufacturing professionals, drive through a culture of continuous improvement with clearly defined KPI’s and milestones.

Candidate Profile:

Academic Background and professional Experience:

Above your educational background, your general management experience will be determinant. You will demonstrate a proven track record of revenue and margin growth gained on your market where personal leadership of the strategic plan has been critical to leading an international team.

Languages:

English perfect, any other languages will be a plus especially French as daily language used in the office.
