My client is looking for a General Manager with strong management skills to join a well known independent restaurant group in the heart of the West End.
The group is privileged from a vast trade from the tourist hot spots that they are located as well as having a fantastically loyal return custom base from local businesses and residents.
The restaurants are lively with high volumes with a real focus on the service and the great food.
My client is looking for a General Manager that can manage a high volume challenging site with massive footfall and multiple table turns per service!
