General Manager- Restaurant- Casual Dining- P L- Full service- Bi-lingual- High Volume

If you are a General Manager with Restaurant and Casual Dining experience, please read on!

What you will be doing:
~ Provide shift and project supervision in order to consistently meet or exceed the standard of Customer Service.
~ Recruit, Hire, Train, retain and develop the Restaurant team.
~ To serve as a role model
~ To insure the execution of operating standards
~ Maintain a safe and secure environment for all Guests and Team
~ Work floor management shifts to set the pace and to insure Excellent Service to all Guests
~ Work shifts to coach employees and provide ongoing feedback for their development
~ Manage the store appearance, maintenance, and atmosphere
~ Create a positive environment for all Team Members and Guests

What you will need for this position:
~ Previous full service and casual dining restaurant management experience a MUST!
~ Role Model and Leader
~ Guest service oriented
~ Exercises good judgment in decision making
~ Excellent interpersonal skills
~ Holds self accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
~ Bi-lingual experience a plus (Spanish speaking)
