General Office Assistant Job in North Sydney 2060, New South Wales Australia
This is a great opportunity for an experienced office all-rounder to join this friendly and fast growing company in North Sydney
You responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
· Administrative support for the office (filing, correspondence, photocopying, managing client queries)
· Firm secretary and PA (Limited of time) to the directors (diary management, dictation, bookings, incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, banking/post, archiving)
· Assist the director with travel(Limited of time) and
· Other tasks as requested from time to time
Skill and abilities:
· Minimum of one to two years' office work experience
· Bi-lingual (English/Mandarin) speaking person
· Responsible, reliable and hardworking approach to work
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Good phone manner
- Driver's license is essential
