The General Practice Manager will assist the Partners in running the practice, be responsible for all staffing matters as well as oversee the workflow, including planning, budgeting, and monitoring deadlines, as well as deal with client matters. The firm has a high quality approach, offering a personal service to all clients.
The successful individual will be ACA or ACCA qualified, with demonstrable experience gained in a similar role. Experience of owner managed businesses is beneficial. You will have a progressive approach, combined with high ethical standards, and previous staff management experience. Good communication skills and excellent people skills are essential. The firm is offering excellent progression for the right individual.
