Hays is working with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) to recruit experienced temporary Full Time General Practitioners to work at Bromptom Barracks, Chatham, Kent
.This is currently a 5 month placement starting January 2015

You will have an unprecedented opportunity to make a positive impact on others lives.

You can dictate where you are willing to work, moving around between assignments if you wish that can range from a couple of weeks to long term positions.
Accomodation and Travel expenses can be available.

The job itself is working for the MoD as a civilian medical practitioner, where you will be required to work in the medical facilities on the barracks. You will be responsible for providing first rate care to service personnel and their families. You will be someone who is able to manage a busy caseload and can prioritise your work and is committed to Continuing Professional Development.

You must have a license to practice with the GMC, be registered and included on a medical Performers List

It would be advantageous for you to have previous experience within the military and to hold the Diploma in Aviation Medicine or have completed the RAF IMO Aviation Medicine Course but this is not essential.

Copies of your immunity history are required - TB, Hep B, Rubella, Measles
