As a full-time General Shop Laborer for our Neenah client working 3pm-11pm, your strong safety orientation and skills are critical to the smooth flow of its daily operations. You will perform general shop housekeeping duties including cleaning and painting; powerwash parts; paint parts by hand; move product using a forklift and overhead cranes; inspect materials; measure materials by hand and micrometer; and complete detailed paperwork. Your day will be satisfyingly productive. You enjoy working with your hands. You believe a job well done is the only way you do it. You know the value of following directions and being a team player. You can lift up to 50 lbs. and you are physically able to walk or climb and stand for extended periods of time. You are a problem solver. Driven. You get things done. The position includes the following qualifications: Ten years plus of shop experience is preferred. Experience with measuring and using micrometers.
