Immediate requirement for a Genesys Engineer located in the Nation's Capital!
You will design, configure, and develop the functionality in the Genesys product suite to
meet our client's technical project requirements. You will formulate the scope and objectives for a project's Genesys functionality, as well as analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
You will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, and provide time and cost estimates to design and build Genesys functionality in our client's Contact Center solutions.
