German + 1 EU language customer admin

My client, a producer of internationally recognised brands, voted one of the best companies to work for in 2014 is looking for a customer administrator who speaks German plus English to a professional level for a 3 month temporary role with possibility for extension in their Camberley site. The main focus of the role will be to increase company revenue through the continued delivery of high customer service to both customer a client bases.

Current trading conditions mean that the company is now able to bring the customer service level into the UK to create a more centralised team. The job will involve investigation and resolution of disputed claims, ensuring pricing consistency, working to deliver efficient communication processes in the relevant country and management reporting.

You will have strong experience of working within a customer service call centre environment and ideally a background in sales. You will be able work on your own initiative and work as a focused member of a team. Previous use of SAP is desirable.
