On behalf of our multinational client we are looking for a
German Speaking Customer Account Representative
Tasks:
- Responsible for the German business
- Order management (from requests to delivery)
- Resolving customer complaints in delivery, price related and other issues
- Serving as a contact person between customers, warehouse, logistic, credit control and data teams
Requirements:
- Some customer service experience
- Fluent German and conversational English is a must
