German Customer Services Representative Job in Clare Ireland
JOB DESCRIPTION:
An exiting opportunity exists for a German Customer Service Representative. This role is permanent and based in the Clare area.
Responsibilities:
- To provide Key Account Management to a defined number of key customer accounts.
- Manage all day-to-day aspects of those accounts: Ensure customer sales orders are entered correctly,
scheduled and acknowledged promptly.
- Coordinate any product returns.
- Manage customer backlogs.
- Respond promptly to queries that the customer may have.
- Interface with Regional managers, Field Sales Corporate Sales to drive and facilitate the key customers.
- Take responsibility for other duties as requested and as assigned from time to time.
Requirements / Essential Skills / Attributes
Minimum 1 years experience in an Account Management position in the manufacturing sector. Fluent German is essential.
Excellent attention to detail with a preference towards customer relationship management.
Excellent time management skills.
Decision-making, problem resolution and resourceful thinking skills.
Ability to multi-task across various tasks with shifting priorities.
Highly energetic and self-starter.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must have demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and interact across departments in a manufacturing environment.
