German Financial Controller – London recruitment
- Travelling to Luxembourg once a month and attending board meetings and providing MI analysis.
- Reviewing Luxembourg and German statutory reporting including statutory accounts and corporate tax returns .
- Reviewing Lux Gaap and transferring to IFRS for the quarterly consolidation process.
- Preparing quarterly the German consolidated management accounts.
- Reviewing and updating the forecasted budgets.
- Manage all tax enquiries and audits in Germany and Luxembourg and liaise closely with the Head of Tax
- Supporting refinancing activities on the German portfolio.
- Ensuring covenant compliance and are maintained.
- Preparing financial reports with each loan agreement.
- Improving the processes and controls for the Luxembourg function.
- Assisting the process for future acquisition and disposals
Please only apply if you are a fluent German speaker. It would be advantageous if you have Real Estate experience but not a pre-requisite. You must have working knowledge of IFRS along with German/Lux Gaap, along with being a strong communicator and manager. The chosen candidate will be technically strong and be happy to get involved with the more commercial/financing elements.
