Job description
Your responsibilities will include:
Dealing with tax issues (Luxemburgish and border countries' tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, securities tax)
Writing documents related to banking tax system
Managing tax queries related to domestic and international business and restructuring projects
Taking part in transversal projects
Ensuring that the bank's tax declarations regarding Luxembourgish and foreign administrations are respected
Analyzing and keeping up with all tax regulations related to the banking system
Managing the bank's tax risks
Who we are looking for
Degree in law, with good knowledge of the Belgian legal system
Specialization in Luxemburgish, German or Belgium Tax
Willingness to learn
Fluent in German and in French with a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English
Experience in a similar position
Dynamic with good analytical and writing skills
Excellent relationship skills
