Rquirements:

•Ability to handle escalated customer situations with empathy and ownership.
•Building customer/partner Relationships.
•Providing content based information to help resolve known issues
•Strong technical support experience in the T1 support role working with similar products.
•Advanced computer skills with the understanding of hardware and software platforms.
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
•Customer oriented
•Proficiency in Technical writing and documentation.
•Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications and Internet search engines.
•working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server.
•Ability to articulate in-depth knowledge and usage of Office applications including Outlook
•Intermediate to advanced Networking skills (SMTP, DNS, Firewall, TCP/IP)
•High attention to detail with the ability to understand complex workflow systems
•Ability to portray professionalism and work well in a team environment.
• Exchange environment and .NET (desirable)
