German New Account Exec recruitment
My client, a well-established Spread Betting company, is looking for a graduate or someone with a year's experience within a client service role to come and join their team within the client service space. Must be able to speak, read and write fluent German and English
Responsibilities:
Handle all applications for new accounts
Chase all new leads and client applications
Ensuring all KYC requirements are met as set by the Compliance Department
Producing documentation for all new accounts holders in both letter and email.
Pro-actively identifying fraudulent applications and reporting them. As well as performing any necessary security such as AML checks.
Ensure a good level of service to prospective clients
Processing payments
Marketing prospective clients to attend trade shows and educational seminars
Attributes
Preferable experience is a year within a customer facing role
Articulate and a good communicator in both English and German (It will be tested)
Intermediate Word and Excel knowledge
Analytical skills preferred
Organised
