German Reservation Sales Agent Job in Cork Ireland
JOB DESCRIPTION:
My client, one of the world's largest hotel groups has an immediate requirement for German Reservation Sales Agents. The successful candidates will be responsible for:
· Processing inbound sales calls from customers managing all requests, changes and canellations
· Answering question about property facilities and room accommodations
· Utilising sales techniques to maximise revenue
· Inputting and accessing data in the reservation system
We are looking to hear from candidates with fluent German and English with 1-2 years experience in working with customers. My client will consider candidates with excellent customer service/interpersonal skills gained in a call centre or the hospitality sector (Hotel/Bar/Restaurant). This is an immediate start and therefore successful candidate will need to be available to commence training on December 1st.
