I am recruiting for a leading $10 billion global product distributor of chemicals, speciality consumables, pharmaceuticals, food ingredients and cosmetics serving more than 80,000 customers across 100 countries.
Due to company expansion this position has arisen.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Solving disputes with suppliers
Liaising with the local business
Matching invoices to PO’s and validating
Reviewing, modifying and cancelling invoices where appropriate
Validating invoices, managing exceptions
Scanning and archiving invoices
We Are Looking For:
An individual fluent in German ideally with 2+ years Accounts Payable experience but will consider less
Knowledge of the Finance department processes
The ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of SAP
The ability to pay attention to detail and be organised due to the volume of processing required
