German speaking Analyst
The fund had a diversified portfolio of investments with a heavy emphasis on debt securities therefore offer an individual an excellent opportunity to move into a role which offers substantial exposure to German and other European markets.
Your role will include :-
- Invested in European LBOs with a focus on mezzanine and subordinated debt.
- Taking part in deal execution, including due diligence, writing investment cases, negotiating legal documentation, and continued monitoring of investments including Board representation.
- Take a key role in the investment effort in stressed and distressed credits
- Have substantial transaction exposure.
In order to apply you must have an outstanding academic record from a top 10 global school.
The ideal candidate will currently be at analyst level within Leveraged finance, investment banking or financial sponsors groups with excellent LBO modelling skills.
You should have knowledge/experience of the following:-
- Credit analysis, internal credit process and drafting of credit memos
- Reviewing due diligence reports, conducting sessions with management and advisors
- Building financial cash flow models, constructing sensitivities and present cases internally as part of credit process
- Researching, modelling and presenting investment opportunities.
- Building and construction of complex cash flow models for LBO transactions.
- Writing valuation materials and prepared underlying analysis.
Please do not apply unless you have substantial LBO modelling skills and deal/transaction exposure.
Applicants with experience within special situations or distressed debt investing from another fund will be considered with high regard.
