PROFILE:
- You have between 2 to 5 years experience in audit/accounting of financial statements for Luxemburgish Investment Funds (UCIT, UCI, SIF), audit/accounting of financial statements of Private Equity Funds regulated and unregulated (SIF, SICAR, Law of 1915).
- Fluent in English and German mandatory.
The main tasks will be:
- Preparation and submission of management reports on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis, as required
- Consolidation of group figures including the Luxembourg holding company (or companies) and preparation of the notes to the accounts, including management report etc. according to Luxembourg and international accounting standards
- Preparation of special reports relating to IPOs or private exits, preparation of valuations, interim and liquidation balance sheets
- Preparation and submission of all financial statements locally required for holding companies and fulfilment of other reporting requirements
- Regular contact with clients as well as senior management.
