German speaking Client Reporting Analyst recruitment
A top tier Asset Manager seeks a German speaking Client Reporting Analyst.
Responsibilities:
? Preparation of monthly or quarterly customised investment reports for pooled funds and segregated accounts.
? Carry out detailed checks of performance and analytical data within monthly or quarterly fund fact sheets.
? Discuss reporting to an analytical level directly with colleagues.
? Update quarterly or annual client review presentations for client review meetings.
? Act as the main point of contact with client custodians in German speaking Europe for queries and reporting.
? Liaise with local offices to ensure that all reporting that can be centralised out of London is moved across, to guarantee efficiency and consistency of reporting
? Develop ways to increase automation of standard client reports.
? Ability to distil and clearly explain client reporting aspects such as the calculation of duration, yield or currency exposure of a portfolio.
? Review certain aspects of client reporting to ensure industry best practice in terms of the calculation and level of transparency.
? Respond to ad hoc reporting requests
? Due diligence reporting
Requirements:
- You MUST be fluent in German
- Asset Management experience essential
- Client reporting experience
- Ability to understand statistical output and question / interrogate anything that may appear unusual to ensure the integrity of the data
- Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
