German Speaking Client Services Representatives – CFDs/Structured Products/Retail Finance recruitment
Gekko Global Markets Ltd. requires German speaking (native level) Client Services Representatives for immediate employment at its London office. Relevant experience within the CFD/structured products/retail finance sector is preferred but not essential. A strong educational background is desired, coupled with a strong work ethic. The candidate must demonstrate a sound knowledge of financial markets and products. Reporting to the Head of Gekko Germany and Head of Sales jointly, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- servicing UK and European (German) clients via phone and email
- taking/entering trade details from German clients over the phone
- translation of website/marketing content from English to German
- daily post-date trade reconciliation
- compilation and distribution of reports for the business
- processing of client payments
- frontline handling of trade queries
The successful candidate will work closely with all areas of the business, particularly the trading function.
You will possess an exceptional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and the natural ability to work under pressure.
