Responsibilities
- Primary focus on deal execution, leading teams in deal analysis, structuring and due diligence
- Responsibility for preparing internal investment committee proposals and documentation and presenting the investment case
- Ongoing asset management to exit – capturing the value story
Skills we’re looking for
- Top class academic record
- Professional training within a major investment bank, and ideally at a leading PE fund
- Excellent commercial judgment and track record
- Gravitas and leadership capability, yet not status conscious; a team player
- Potential to develop to Managing Director / Partner level medium term
- An international outlook, with work or study experience in the US or UK; native German / fluent English
- Capable of working hard under pressure and leading teams to tight deadlines
