German Speaking Reservations Agent Job in Dover, Southern Uk
Our highly prestigious Dover based client is looking to recruit a German Speaking Reservations Agent.
You will be responsible for new bookings, amendments to bookings and providing general information in a primarily sales role to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
*To take reservations from both the public and the trade via their reservations system.
*To up sell additional products on every call/contact
*To provide general information and sell services and facilities offered by the company.
*Where space availability is limited space requests should be entered on referral document
*To ensure familiarity of all products and procedures within the Call Centre
*To deputise for the Inbound Sales Manager as required
*As requested, to provide Front of House customer service to all visitors to Reception
*To otherwise assist as directed by Inbound Sales Manager
The successful applicant must be fluent in both German and English and have previous experience working with the general public. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential with a friendly and professional telephone manner. You will have accurate data entry skills and be PC literate. Also you will have the ability to work well under pressure and enjoy working to targets.
Salary Hours:
£16,417
Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm or 8.30am-5pm
