My client an international leading software solutions provider is recruiting for a German speaking Technical Specialist to join their friendly team in their office in Berkshire.
Responsibilities will involve to:
-Providing real-time technical support on products via email and phone interactions;
-Maintaining ownership of cases until resolution, driving other teams as needed and set customer expectations;
-Utilising the internal case tracking system to maintain accurate records.
To be successful for this role applicants would have:
A technical degree
Fluency in German and English
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Previous experience in technical support or product support
Knowledge of Oracle or SQL database systems and windows server
In return a permanent role is on offer, excellent training and a salary of up to 30k
