German speaking Technical Support Job in Glasgow, Scotland UK
My client, one of the UK's leading employers requires German speaking Technical Analysts. The purpose of this role is to provide resolution to requests at Level 1 and to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform first line telephone, web, and/or e-mail support
Escalate unresolved issues
Identify sources and trends of technical problems to prevent future occurrences
Maintain individual performance targets
Develop in depth knowledge of IT support tools for monitoring and reporting
Skills/Competencies:
Fluent German and English
Previous experience in Technical Support
Experience working with customers
An analytical approach to identifying issues and solutions
Ability to explain solutions in an effective and customer focused manner
