German Team Manager
We are recruiting for a German speaking Team Manager to join a growing and ambitious company based in South Shields.
The role will involve managing a team of 15 energy consultants on a day to day basis, you will be working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment and your primary responsibility will be to influence revenue streams through the continual management and development of your team.
Key Responsibilities involve:
Implementing company policies and procedures
Setting targets and ensuring KPIs are met
Monitoring team performance
Compiling and analysing sales figures
Performance management of consultants
Skills required
IT literate
Excellent attention to detail
Proven track record in sales management
Experience of managing a telephone based sales team
Organised and adaptable to change
Target focused, driven and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in German
