GERMAN/FRENCH and ENGLISH speaking customer service TEAM LEADER Job in Budapest
- We are looking for an experienced Team Leader
- Also English+German and English+French speakers are welcome
For our multinational client we are looking for a
CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER to their continuously expanding organization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a customer service team
- Ensuring timely resolution of Service Requests and activities within the Customer Relationship Management system
- Deliver Customer Service and Order to Cash processes by managing workflows
- Proactively develop the skills, competencies and knowledge of Customer Service team members
- Carry out regular one to ones with all direct reports to discuss performance and to develop and implement career path plans
- Provide first level escalation for any issues raised by the team
- Run and analyze the identified Customer Service reports e.g. customer service management reports, monthly management reports and team performance
- Develop, achieve and monitor Key Performance Indicators aligned to the Service Level Agreements
- Develop and maintain sound working relationships with key stakeholders, customers and external service providers
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 12 months previous experience in a customer services environment in a Team Leader role
- Excellent English and German/ French knowledge
- University / College degree
- Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Strong people performance management skills
- Proven experience in coaching and leading a team
- Strong relationship management skills.
- High level of IT proficiency in Microsoft packages
- Experience in Siebel or other CRM tools is an advantage
- Experience of working in Germany Hungary or of working with German Hungarian customers / consumers is desirable
