My client a leading asset management firm are looking for a Salesforce Implementation Consultant to work on their exciting implementation project with focus on the deployment of Salesforce. The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of Salesforce ensuring that processes are fit for purpose and essentially reflect CRM best practises.
Key Responsibilities:
• Definition of User Stories
• Leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Definition and documentation of business processes that integrate with Salesforce
• Develop training materials relating to the adoption of the defined processes
• Testing of processes alongside Salesforce
Required Skills:
• 3 years of relevant experience working on CRM solutions in an Asset Management context
• Experience of implementing Salesforce in a global context
• Experience of multiple Salesforce implementations in different organizations
• Proven process design experience and methodology
• Proven Business analyst experience
• Proven ability to facilitate group workshops
Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to Sales process and CRM best practices
• Training experience
• Test management experience
• Project management experience
• Salesforce qualifications: 201 Admin
